How we work

Thinking about possible solutions

Identifying the customer's needs

In the first stage, we listen to our customer to understand their needs. We then work out a proposal in which we look together for the most suitable solution.

Mechanical engineering

Engineering

When a project is started, our mechanical engineers get to work designing the machine in 3D. Colleagues from our automation department create the electrical schematics and start programming.

Turning at MGC

Start of production

As soon as the mechanical drawings are finished and the necessary materials are available, we start up our production process. We saw and drill, turn and mill and make our own rollers.

Welding

Welding

Next, our skilled welders weld everything together.

Painting

Coating

We also do coating in-house. Since 2024, we have been using a new powder coating installation.

Mounting

Assembly

Finally, the machine is assembled at our premises. We have a whole team of qualified constructors to assemble our machines with care.

Testing

Testing

After wiring, we will start up and test the machine. The customer can come by for a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and after approval, we prepare the machine for shipment.

Installation

Installation and after-sales service

Once our machine has arrived at the customer's site, our people come on site to install the machine and provide the necessary training. If the customer needs assistance afterwards, our service team is always available or we help remotely.
