Unwinding and web splicing

Our unwinding unit provides unwinding of primary backing rolls with constant tension at the infeed of a tufting machine.

With our web splicing unit or automatic splicing unit, high-speed lines can easily change rolls when unwinding a fabric, without having to provide a very large buffer or slow down or stop the line.
