Winder for various types of carpet
This Matthys winder guarantees reliable feed-through of tufted or nonwoven carpet from the transversal cutting knife to between the winding rollers. The winding unit can wind different types of carpet, including thinner, more flexible qualities and stiffer, thicker qualities. Feed-through, winding, cutting and ejection are done without operator intervention. We have perfect control over the entire winding process thanks to pre-tension control and feed between the winding rollers. The winder is easily accessible and fitted with good safety features.
