Maximum roll diameter reduction
This fully automatic surface winder maximises roll diameter reduction to minimise transport costs. The winding unit allows for fast and safe roll changes without the intervention of an operator. This also allows the winding unit to be used in high-speed nonwoven lines when producing short roll lengths. The tubes can be stored in large magazines, allowing this winding unit to run for a very long time without operator intervention. Built-in energy recovery also keeps energy costs under control.
