Automatic cutting, winding and packaging of coupons
The cut length machine, or also called cut-to-order machine, cuts rolls of broadloom carpet, needle felt, vinyl or even artificial grass to the exact desired length. The cut lengths are wound and packaged fully automatically. Because the cut carpet comes from between the two winding rollers during winding, we are able to produce a compact and nicely wound roll even with the stiffer qualities, without operator intervention.
Cutting tasks can be read into our machine quickly and faultless through a link to the customer's order system. We can automatically label the wound lengths and sort them by customer or destination.
