Unwinding, inspecting and packing as desired

A suitable unwinding system is provided at the infeed to this machine, depending on the customer's working method. The operator can then inspect the fabric at the desired speed and according to the customer's requirements regarding lighting and inspection surface, among other things. A walkway between the inspection surface and the winding unit ensures efficient and ergonomic handling of the rolls.

An optional packaging module can be integrated at the outfeed from this machine. By incorporating an automatic packaging module into the winding unit, the recently wound rolls do not have to be closed off with tape (as the rolls are inserted directly into the packer). This flexible packer even offers the option of multiple layers of packaging film, if required. The packaged rolls can be pushed out on a conveyor system where, for example, a lump smelter or flat welding system closes the roll.
